Buying from BHS whilst in adminstration

Hi All,
Hopefully a simple one for the MSE gurus on here
I want to buy an item from BHS that costs about £150. The item is allegedly "in stock" at one of their stores but is quite a distance form me.
The item is available online as well.
if i buy via credit card and BHS fail to deliver, would i be covered for a refund by my CC provider under the credit card protection rules?
Just wanted to know if CC consumer credit protection applies to purchases made form companies in administration?
Thanks
