Moving house - who to notify

I did a search and couldn't find this question so sorry if it's been asked already and if this is in the wrong place please feel free to move it.
My MIL is just about to move into a new house. I know we have to notify:
Gas
Electricity
Phone
Council (tax)
House insurance
Who else do I have to notify and when do I notify them?
She is going to be signing the contract tomorrow and hopes to move next week or early the week after.
I know this is probably a really simple question but I moved into an empty house and notified them after I'd moved and MIL is not very money savvy. Thanks

Here's a comprehensive list. You can semi-automate this process, using this site, or simply use the list to check you've included everybody.
