urgent help - junk email outlook (free version)

I had a couple of emails that went to my junk folder in outlook.
I need them now so went to retrieve them on the pc (I need to print) but they are not there:eek:
I received them on my phone so checked to see if there were still there, they were but disappeared right in front of my eyes
:eek: and I received a new junk message that took the place of them.
Where will they be? help, its really important I print that information out tonight.
I have looked in trash, they did not go there
