Experience with Miller Homes?

So my boyfriend and I are looking to buy a new build from Miller Homes... we want to be moving into a house around Oct 2017 so we're going in today to have a general chat and find out when would be a good time to come in again and begin the process...
So I'm just wondering what sort of experience people have had with them? Persimmon's have a development across the road but seem to have much worse reviews so Miller Homes is definitely our preference.
Any info would be great. Cheers

Miller Homes are now owned by Galliford Try.They also own Linden Homes and generally have a good reputation.
I wouldn't pay £10 for a Persimmon/Charles Church place.
I've worked on both companies sites and seen the build quality from start to finish. The difference is quite striking......0 -
Make sure you purchase the freehold at the same time - not a leasehold house !!! Lots of problems with leasehold - costs that they do not explain!0

Galliford Try own Miller Construction, not Miller Homes.0 -
Buy the Freehold or make sure it is a Freehold. Some leasehold properties have now become like a prison because the owners cannot sell them on!0
