    It was used (I have pictures), an I am *pretty sure* it isn't on the signs. I need to go back and check though, as otherwise I need to remove that bit. I definitely didn't know they used it in that car park though, so even if they say so on the signs, it may have been unclear. The rest is true though - in particular, you could easily get out of your car and leave the car park without seeing the signs.

    So go back and take pictures if possible. Entrance signs viewed from a driver's point of view, signage high up on poles, hidden by bushes etcetera, small font, clear pics showing the lack of information about use of ANPR data. Take pics with a ruler on the signs to show the font size does not meet BPA CoP requirements. This was a winning point in one PoPLA appeal.
    Pics or maps of route showing how it is possible to arrive by car and leave on foot without seeing signs are all ammunition for your case.
