awinter89 we got pulled up on the company logo for the surveyor wasn't added onto the front cover. the front cover just included the property, our name, date valued and the name and address of the surveyor. can't remember if those needed to be on we followed the must include list but they pulled us on not having the company logo nothing else which we thought was quite picky
  • OK, ours has the company logo on the first page so fingers crossed its accepted to avoid any delays. Thanks again for your help!

You're welcome. Fingers crossed for u hopefully it's a smooth process from now :)
  • Spoken to them eventually today and she actually checked over the valuation on the phone and told me there were a couple of amendments needed to be made so my surveyor has kindly made the amendments very quickly and I've resent it. I could have been waiting another week for this to come back as rejected so I would definitely recommend to anyone else going through this process to call them (you will be on hold for a while! 20 mins) and get them to have a quick check. It was well worth the phone call.

Aw I'm pleased u were able to get some clarification on your valuation, I wish we had rang for them to check but not many people know much about it. I now recommend people to ring them up to check it over if possible, if u ring in the future I found 10am u would get through relatively quick :)
