Equifax Identity Verification Search.

Hi.
I hope someone can help me. I got an alert email from Equifax. On looking at my credit report there is an identity verification search showing in table 2 by a company that I do hold an account with. The alert said if I was unaware of the search to contact the company or Equifax. My questions are
Who am I best contacting , so as to get the correct information and should I be worried about this type of search?
Many thanks for any help anyone can give :)

Assuming the company know who you are, and you have tried to do identity fraud I wouldn't worry about it

The search will have no impact on how any other lender sees you(they won't see search)
