Please tell me that this standard of typing isn't the norm with TalkTalk representatives.
You would have hoped that employees who are dealing with customers would be able to type better than a 10 year old or would at least be able to proof read before hitting the "submit reply" button.

I've been getting a few of these also, claiming to be from talktalk, because my windows computer has been infected...

....Nice try. (1)I left talktalk some time ago & (2) I don't have a windows PC

They did sound convincing though, if you weren't aware. So please be careful folks.
    My £2 savings total for 2007 = £92, for 2008 = £124
    My savings from money off coupons for 2007 = £67.97, for 2008 = £194.79
    My £2 savings for 2009 (so far) = £130

    Install a trueCall
This x 1000, although I got a set of 3 BT cordless phones with truCall built in for less than £100 for that box. Used to get tons of PPI, scam, sales and marketing calls every week but now I'm lucky to get one. The caller has to leave their name and it rings through to the phone once they have done it and I get the option to accept or reject them.

They used to claim to phoning from Microsoft windows team, Is claiming to be from TalkTalk a new tactic?

I just say I am using a Mac, if they say they are Microsoft Support, or vice versa.

Proof that they have adaptive intelligence, I find that the calls would switch to saying they are from Apple Support.

There are still plenty of people getting the Microsoft scam calls but the TalkTalk ones are because of their hacked website last year.
Over 150,000 TT customers had personal details taken (including names, phone numbers and bank details).

Because of this, the scammers can contact TT customers and address them by name which helps make their calls more believable.

I agree with the first two you highlighted, but what's wrong with the third one?

If you're a Talktalk customer = If you are a Talktalk customer ... looks fine to me. Have you confused yourself and thought it should be your? :D
