I was offered unlimited broadband extra for either £5 a month for 12 months or £8 a month for 24 months.
Took the former which is a £15 a month saving and £180 over the next year!
To get this I went through the online chat and said that I was thinking of leaving for talk talks £3.75 a month offer. The chat person rang me back and put me through to retentions.

Had BT Sport at £13.50 a month on 12 month contract till August 2016, discounted down from about £20 a month. Just noticed they have increased this by £2 a month due to their price increase. Rang to cancel and was offered 12 month contract at £11.99 a month. If BT increase the costs this will break contract and am free to leave with no penalty.0
