PPI offset to pay arrears

Hello can anyone help me? I am currently claiming PPI back on a loan I had in 2001 with Barclays, I currently have a barclaycard in arrears which they have agreed a reduced amount and froze the interest due to financial difficulties, my question is will they pay any PPI on my old loan off the arrears on any current finance I have with Barclays?
