Hi
I have put a tenants deposit in a Deposit Protection Scheme. I undertstand that i am required to provide the Prescribed Info.
I have printed a copy but would it suffice to send it to them by email or is there an imortance that they sign it. The form has a section for signatures from both tenant and landlord. But it is a document for thr tenant so just wondering if i need to have a returned signed copy or if its okay just to be able to show that I gave them.or emailed them a copy.
Thanks.
Did try calling DPS office but closed!

I would do both!
Email a copy of the DPS information and the Prescribed Info and print off 2 copies.
Tenant gets keys ONCE both sets of prescribed Info is signed
You keep one and tenant keeps other0
