Compensation from Scottish Power - why ?
I received an email from Scottish Power today - informing me that they were crediting my account with £73 as a result of an agreement with Ofgem to compensate me for poor customer service betweeen 2014 and 2016 whilst they were upgrading their billing system !!
I have no idea to what they are referring....
Not that I am turning down a GIFTHORSE - but has anyone else received such an offer out of the blue ?

This doesn't add up - 100,000 * even £150 = £15million - so when they start reducing payments to half this amount - where is the £18 million "fine" going ?
How do they determine the amount each individual will receive (he asks - after previously being pleasantly surprised at even £73) ??
OK Charity for the remains !0
