Waiting for Tribunal

I failed daily pip care when I had a recent assessment.
I immediately did a mandatory recon which failed, so am now waiting for tribunal.
The problem I have is that the tribunals service sent notification to the dwp on the 23rd May.
To date the dwp have failed to reply.
I've tried 4 times to ring the case manager at the dwp and they don't phone me back.
So how can I push this forward to get a tribunal date if the dwp wont reply!?

Sooner or later the Tribunal Service will get fed up of DWP not responding and proceed without their input. However, it is usual for DWP to be given another month to respond first.0

Its now 28 days since the Tribunal Service sent the DWP notification. Still nothing. Do they send another reminder? I don't want this dragging on for months, my health has already gone downhill with my daily care.0
