    Did they get planning permission for the new houses? Were you consulted by the council - just wondering what was shown on the plans there?

    Would be interesting, but there is no need to own land to get planning permission on it.

    Flugelhorn: I believe the previous owner was consulted, not me. It was approved before I bought the property.
