I been with Ebico for years. I've stayed with them because there have been no problems. I'm reluctant to leave them.

I've used the FU 14 day cooling off period and escaped.:j.
They were only £12 cheaper than separate companies and that was due to the £30 cashback. I had hoped using one company for both would be easier.
Lifes too short for this nonsense.

Received an email from first utility who I recently started the process of moving to. I'm expected to now chose a tariff. I thought I already had. What happened to simple switching?

Theres about 30 choices. I've tried listing them on here but the list is so long it would need about 10 posts. Ridiculous

How did FU get your email address?

Why are you expected to pick one of their tariffs if you are supplied by someone else?

Could I interest you in some anti spam software? :D

I applied to switch to them. Email sent by them to query leccy mban number (which was later confirmed as being originally correct). The email was actually a series of web page style forms and options.

Get out while you can is my advice. And if your already with them just hope that you never need their customer service.

Long call waiting times, phone cuts off while your on hold. I've had numerous experiences of staff not honouring their commitments.

Oh, and they send debt collection letters out of the blue threatening action within 7 days but when you call them to dispute tell you a response can take up to 20 days.

    Just my experience though :)
