5 NSD! But not a lot going on this week, working, sleeping and just getting on with stuff.
Boys go on holiday tomorrow with their dad! I have parents evening tomorrow at school so a long day, then it will be Friday and the last day of term.
I've done loads of planning this week in the evenings so I get a work free week.0 -

Sad day at work yesterday as my colleague has left to to work in another school. Now finished for half term. We went out to the cinema last night to watch Trainspotting 2 and then onto a meal afterwards. Really nice evening.
I'm still busy doing kitchen research - Wickes have a 50% off sale but it finishes next week. I'm tempted to bite the bullet but it would have to be a very good price and within my budget. We shall see.
Meanwhile it's 3 days to pay day and I'm STILL in the black!! I'm amazed. And if anyone uses YNAB my money is 16 days old - this is the most it's ever been.
Tomorrow we go to London and have lots of exciting things planned. Really looking forward to it.
Enjoy your weekend folks :j0 -

I've just caught up on your diary since before Christmas, you have achieved so much! 2017 is already off to a great start for you! Hope you're having a great time in London!! Kitchen shopping is exciting! Amazes me how the big companies basically want the cost for the actual kitchen and the same again for fitting!! I really recommend getting it fitted yourself by a good joiner/kitchen fitter xxStarting debt £18,675.63

WOOHOO!!! Go you.
Also well done for taking the time to research and think carefully before diving into a large purchase again.0 -
Hello
Well we had a fantastic five days in London. Saw 2 plays and 1 musical, met up with some friends for a meal, ate far too much and just relaxed.
When we go home, we discovered that storm Doris wasn't kind to us as BOTH our fences had fallen down. In fact 4 houses in our row have flat fences, wooden pillars snapped at the base, rotten wood after 15 years.
Luckily my OH works for a landscape gardener and puts up fences regularly so we're going to make them good for now and then do them properly when the weather improves (& ive saved more money)
Life eh....!0 -
So glad you had a great time in London Louby. Shame about Doris causing all the damage, at least OH can sort it for now. Always the way isn't it! xxMummytogirls x0
