PPI claims after a IVA has been completed news on a court case

Options
dont know if any of you guys or Martin personally know anything about this ongoing case.
where a IVA Practitioner had to go to court over a debtor not agreeing to a PPI payment from a creditor.
the case is Green Vs Wright.
i am interested at the moment as have just received a offer from HSBC for PPI which i investigated myself which originally was rejected. now they have sent the offer to sign but as you all know they will be paying the majority to my since complete IVA company (3 years ago)
now question is do i just not sign this agreement and hope that the Green Vs Wright case changes the Laws in these cases?
more info please search Green Vs Wright
