Very cheeky again - I had this going to £3 price on my price collection done on 6th July and it's probably stayed at £3 ever since.

However, I had it at £2.75 on the immediate previous collection (4th July), so it appears it went up in price to that £3 and I don't know where that £5.97 'was' price is coming from. As far as I see, it should be [Strike]£2.75[/Strike] £3.00:rotfl:. So, yet again - I've come across this sort of thing before a number of times - if it appears to look like a price decrease instore, it's probably a price increase. And if the price seems to have gone up, it's probably gone down:rotfl:. Just take it as being the opposite of whatever the supermarket tells you it is. I think that's probably a very good guideline - and in respect of supermarkets generally and not just M.

I'm, belatedly, crossing this off the list. I think it can probably only go one way now and get even more expensive next time. Or, maybe it will get better (in other words, cheaper, from our POV). Does not otherwise help that A is cheap £3:(.

That's the thing though - they sometimes put offers with end dates on as if to suggest hurry or you'll miss them when in fact the price after the offer is a cheaper one. Or sometimes the "offers", to be avoided, are ones where it's gone from £1 straight price to 2 for £3 "offer" until such and such a date. Meaning avoid completely and do not buy until at least after that date:rotfl:. Of course, there's almost never any information that the pricing had gone up. Then it almost always (unless it's a rare and unintentional error) gives merely the current price and so provides incomplete information and thus, from my POV, not the full, accurate, total and true picture with every detail of every price it ever was and complete in every way:rotfl::rotfl:. I don't do this "halfway"-grey area approach. It's either black or white.:p

I think, in general, I should take the truth as being the opposite of whatever anyone else says it is:rotfl::rotfl:.
