It was Lee s 40 th birthday on Friday. They come home from Disneyland Paris later today and have had a great time and hot weather.:)

I have had a cold shower which seemed to help a bit. Both elbows and knees still feel very warm.Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
