Evening Elite  Long sleep and then pj day for what's left of it for me todayEnterprise_1701C wrote: »Good morning all, lovely sunny day here.
Talking about dogs, I would always go for a mongrel if we had one.
Reason being when I was (a lot) younger we had a soft haired wheaten terrier. He was very highly strung, father would not put him in a kennel outside but he had to be kept in one room overnight because he kept messing overnight. Just got him settled down and happy (took years and a totally different approach) when father married the most evil stepmother you can get, she brought her dog that was allowed anywhere in the house, but Fred was banned from going upstairs, he had done so all his life so he basically rebelled. Father rang me up and said either you take him or we will have him destroyed, never thought he was being serious but also (as he well knew) there was no way we could take him. He had him destroyed that night under the orders of the cow, she didn't want him upsetting her dog.
That woman destroyed our family, but started by destroying a lovely dog that simply needed to be understood.
So sad, for dog and your family, but it was definitely a sign of things to comeLima-India wrote: »My shop from Tues eve

PURE Women's RG not on 3Dogs amazing list - but I tested and it worked!
Great thanks for testing it Lima-India, so now I can get 3 for me and 3 for my friends (men's) instead of only 2 and 4 lolzippydooda wrote: »my dog has not eaten for a few days, (fussy b1tch). tried all her favourites.
dw was getting worried. she did manage a digestive biscuit last night (so dog thought dw would not know) when i got home from work at midnight. fussy fussy fussy
now she just ate half my birds eye chicken piece. so i got to go to work hungry. but happy she ate. she does always wait to see whats about that might be tastier. she is almost 17 and gets whatever she wants.
but we do worry when she goes on these hunger strikes.
17 is such a good age zipy, so we have to tempt them in any way we can and eating enough at that age is so important. A younger dog can go without, but with elderly dogs it can be very bad, very quickly. So you keep going hungry and let her eatMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
