DS blue badge and clock are missing/stolen. - parked in car park and went to get it out from glove compartment and it was gone.
Checked everywhere indoors but we don't tend to bring it inside as others use the car to ferry DS around. Very odd, I do admit to leaving car unlocked sometimes but we live at the end of a cul de sac which is off a road, off another couple roads from the main drag and it's parked on a drive way. Anyway form en route so we can get a replacement.
My Sister is over from Oz and she gave me £300 to pay into my bank account, found my paying in book :rotfl: ( it don't get used very often) counted the notes out and filled in the form. However when the Cashier counted it had mysteriously increased to £320. :T. Wish all my cash did that. Another oddity as both Sis and I counted twice.
Hope everyone has a Good Day xx
I would have thought there would be far less incentive to steal blue badges these days with it not meaning free parking, that is really mean - hope it wasn't a neighbour, but at least if it was you might have half a chance of spotting it and reporting to police. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

i did a Got2B hairspray 3 4 2 targeted shop at 21.22 on 23/05/17.
just been on the asda price guarantee and the Got2B hairspray not showing.
This is my first hairspray shop.
Dont know if this is the begining of the end, but wanted to just give you all the info.
This has happened to someone else too - it seems that Got2b styling clay shows up fine on the apg but unfortunately the hairspray doesn't for some reason, even though it is on Asda website.0 -
Enterprise my neighbours are lovely many have lived in the road for decades if it was stolen then it would be a random opportunist and my fault for not locking the car. Keys all one ring so it's unload shopping to doorstep and unlock front door and haul it all in :rotfl: Then forget to go back out and lock up. Will change habits now - lesson learnt.
Had a bit of good news - for a couple of years I have been overpaying my mortgage which is due to end in 5 months. I always pay it during the middle of the month as that's when I have the funds into my account, whereas the Mortgage Company are saying it is due at monthend and sometimes send me letter requesting "the arrears" which are paid by the time I have received it. However since Jan their collection process has become rather aggressive with a letter sent immediately threatening all sorts plus loads of calls from a foreign call centre ( thought it was a scam until I traced the number). So I complained formally and asked that they recalculate the monthly £. Long story short they closed the Complaint without my knowledge so I threaten to take to the Ombudsman.
Now they have given me £150 compensation plus £472 for arrears which shouldn't have been charged then another £48 as I had paid off a Mortgage Sub account and my monthly fee has gone down by £240.
Definitely worth challenging if you have an issue - got nothing to lose and everything to gain.0 -
