I actually remember a similar conversations with my brother when he was very undecided about treatment and his reasoning was that deciding not to have it would mean that there would be an element of his prognosis that he could at least control himself.....he had many changes of mind in the first few days after diagnosis but eventually he settled on a compromise he was more comfortable with.

That was a major consideration with my brother Bubbs....in the end he decided not to be told timescales but would deal with his changing health in in own way....
It made it quite difficult for us as the family as actually he was very happy for us to ask the medical staff all the things he didnt want to know...its just he didnt want us to tell him either.

Fairly well stocked up for a while!;) Very nice SA took my vouchers ok, Trout had to check one over £20, took it away and reluctantly accepted it. Got the Walkers accepted on SS as suggested.

Thanks for the lesson WMCb. I get it now Pesto £1 - 10% = 90p compared to 98p thus gaining 8p.

Off to London at the weekend, Saturday I was thinking of having a drive and have a pub lunch somewhere, the question is where? we need somewhere which is child friendly with possible outdoor area, Rotherhithe/ Greenwich area but im not fussy...or somewhere to go not too touristy and not central London as I think its going to be warm
Any ideas much appreciated
