Yes going to be hot here allweek. I have painted my toe nails, ready for sandals, and can I for the life of me find them.
I must have packed them away from our holiday in October, but cant find them, have found all the shorts and summer stuff but sandals are hiding somewhere :mad:0 -

You know the best way to find them - go and buy some more. Come home, fall over the old ones, take the new ones back, break the old ones the next day etc etcWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
My summer things mostly live in an under the bed box - all of the tops anyway and one corner of the wardrobe and mostly they come out for about 6 weeks of the year unless we get a summer that lasts longer than a week.
Everything was washed etc after the hols in January and then packed away. I've cautiously got a few tops out but everytime I go in the box or wardrobe more stuff comes out that needs to either be sent to the charity shop or ebayed so getting dressed seems to take longer and longer ...
I've also fetched out 2 new pairs of white jeans :j
Someone said over the weekend that Clarks have a sale - just wish I could decided on just one pair ...
Also does anyone know if sainsburys Tu are intending to have a sale over the bank holiday weekend - sometimes they start on Tuesdays and if so I need to be ready“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Nectar - worth checking your account online if you haven't done recently, both mine and OHs had the same offer - use your card at sainsbobs local and get 200 points :T
Last time I remember having this offer was when cadburys dairy milk was on offer for £1 so I got 2 bars, one with each account - free chocolate
OK, not enough to set the world on fire but 200 points for minimum spend and no effort is still good - even better if something useful comes up on the cashback pages.
I imagine it would have to be a £1 spend minimum“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Good morning all....
firstly the quick toiletry update.
nothing In and 2 out....a sample body lotion and a full sized night cream.
Need to start to get a grip on using up odd bits of things so hopefully next week might seem better in terms of outs.
At the moment I'm equally excited and scared to death...I have something to do at the end of the week that will make me both so proud but so very sad in equal measures...I'm hoping I get through it in one piece and with minimal tears but however it pans out Thursday will be a day that the 3 of us face together as the unit we are.
What are we doing....we are presenting a shield at school prizegiving, it's been dedicated in memory of our shining star and we are awarding it to the first winner for their contribution to a part of school life.
Have a lovely day....
