Have you noticed on eBay and Amazon how many items are now shipped in from China, Malaysia etc direct to you? On some items you wonder how they can charge such a low price including shipping and it still be much cheaper than UK suppliers (yes I know it is made there and costs of production are lower, but you would think postage would be a leveller - but I have had some small items sent for less than the price of a UK postage stamp)..

I have also had a few items recently from supposedly UK suppliers (if you look at the advert on eBay where they say they are based) but then the confirmation email suggests a Chinese supplier. Perhaps there are many of these stores using a distribution centre in the UK?

It does seem to have increased lately though - you have to be so careful looking at the postage options if you chose standard mail and need to look at the expected delivery date - in fairness if you are not in a rush then there are some excellent prices and delivery only takes a week or so.

Your talent will carry you through Westie.

    Morning all :)

Missed the start of the A glitch so still trying to catch up with it. Does it involve hand wash at all please? My "stash" is down to three bottles, not really worthy of the term stash at all.

I am sure they must think I have a huge family as I am there so often

    You do have a huge family....us lot:rotfl:

Westie....I feel your pain. I'm terrible in presentations these days but they always go much better than I think they will. The truth is that most of your friends are feeling exactly the same as you are now.

    Wishing you luck:A

Good morning all, sort of raining here. Might actually have enough rain to keep the garden going a while now.

Have loads of baby strawberries now, and loads more with flowers on, just hope they are better keepers than last year.

Not used any rhubarb yet, but it is coming on. Doesn't help that it has to fight with the raspberries and the thornless blackberries

We moved a phone system for a company that does just that a while ago. They have everything in different sections, get instructions from the different companies as to what to send where, and off it goes. What I found funny was they even have different coloured frames for sunglasses that get paired with different coloured lenses:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. It was really quite fascinating the variety of stuff they had.
