Morning all. See with this Walkers paypacket does anyone know if the paypackets are loose inside the multipack outer bag or inside each individual crisp packet. I have quite a few packs and was thinking of giving them to friends but dont want to miss out on a possible prize.

    They're inside the individual packs.

    Good morning all....

Best wishes being sent today to Snap and her sister and
to the TM''s....on a speedy recovery from the weekends biking.

Quick update on the toiletries....and it didnt feel a good week 2 out ....one was a full sized hydrating spray and the other a one use sachet of body lotion.
On the In front there were 5 .....3 free sachets from fresh and a full sized body lotion and perfume that were a competition win.
I'm starting to feel as if there is certainly more arriving than leaving, although the upside is I'm still not actually paying any substantial money out on purchasing anything.

I'm toying with the idea of reintroducing frugal months,I need to shop today for a few bits with an APG so this will be the first groceries of the month and there is quite a bit in the freezer which could do with rotating....

Have a lovely 4 day week all those who are working and hopefully a little sunshine for us all to enjoy.

I have to admit to a box coming from Superdrug :j but it was Topcash they made me do it :)
    Worse still I don't think I am getting my £2.50 incentive :(
It is all essentials Ive run out of so no fripperies :rotfl:

Anyone with an American Express card check your offers page as new things have appeared recently.

I had one for Ask - the Italian food chain. Previously when there was an offer for Pizza Express I just bought 5 £10 gift cards and the credit went straight onto my account. I just went in very early one lunch hour and asked if they did gift cards - might be worth a try again.

These gift cards are the same as cash so when I've used them Its been with the Wednesday lunch deal and the free dough ball offer etc.

Not sure what the Ask offers are but Ive subscribed to their email list.

Also if you have the American Express spend £20 in Boots offer then you only have 2 weeks to use it - again I am going to see what value Boots do their gift cards in.
(Why didnt I think of this when I got the Botanics night cream :( )

Ive been looking at COS and the 3 Cow and Gate baby cereals offer - buy selected baby cereal, one from each stage, get £4.70 back in total. The cereals are on offer 3 for £5 - my Mr Shoes is very small, just wondering if they stock them all. ...

So buy Boots gift cards and then use them for baby food, if by some miracle my small Boots does the right baby food then its another useful thing for the food bank trolley.

Also on my Boots app it says buy 2 or more Boots toiletries get 50 points and the list includes pharmaceuticals - I wonder if this would work with a couple of Boots headache tablets - OK 50 points is never going yo be life changing but even so ...

We went out for a walk yesterday and whilst out and about I spied a coin on the path...ever the one to collect anything I bent down to find it was a 1/2p.....not seen one of those in years.....but it did beg the question for the rest of the walk over how it came to be in a quite well populated area and why someone would have been in a position to drop it.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Just been through the fridge and freezer this morning and they've literally been scoured out so COS had better come up with some exciting new freebies :D

    Very strange ...

I am trying to think where Ive seen collection boxes that take the odd coinage that we bring back from holidays - possibly the travel money counter in Marks but def Ive seen a big glass globe in the reception lobby on ships, collecting for seaman missions.

There is a random collection of coins appearing on my desk on the monitor stand - possibly people emptying their wallets or people just picking up random change from around the house and trying to be helpful by putting it there .... but Ive never seen anyone actually doing it. It will all go in one of these coin collections next time we are away

We were in Carlisle again yesterday so did a couple of beer shops ( 4 beers for £6, witches brew as blind trigger) got things I was needing as "fillers" I've highlighted a few that have been picked on APG though showing as N/A on MSM ( I know it's just a guide) in case they are any help to others to avoid. Also thought my iceberg was going to be 50p
