Seren have you tried the mocha KitKats? It's just that I do NOT like coffee, but I will sometimes eat a mocha cake! I would guess that it would only be a teeny tiny amount of coffee flavour to it.

I could smell the coffee as soon as I ripped open the outer wrap. Then I noticed the wrapper said Mocha. There's very little differentiation in the outer wraps of packs of KKs.

The smell of coffee is OK provided I don't have to consume any of it. I quite like walking past coffee shops. But I don't like coffee cake, or even coffee flavoured ice-cream.

It's just one of those things.

    Good morning Elite :hello:

What a lovely sunny morning it is :D. I've been awake a few times during the night but maths never entered my head

I heard the other day that 7 illegals were arrested after being rescued from a yacht stuck on a mud bank on the River Ore. apparently the East Anglian coast line is now a favourite dumping ground for these people  Where did illegals get a ruddy yacht from in the first place

Debating whether I can nip out, I'm not really able to as I'm riddled with pain this morning after my weekend if over doing it :o. Oh well, self inflicted and all that. There's worse off than me :o

Hugs to the Elite poorly and those low in spirit. I'm thinking of you all today xx
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I can't even go in a coffee shop, the smell is awful

Ironically I adore the smell of roasting coffee beans :rotfl::rotfl:

What beats me is all the lily livered people that complain when illegal immigrants are arrested and even deported, saying that they haven't done anything wrong and they only want to make a better life for themselves. They are ILLEGAL immigrants fgs, if they have a lawful way into this country they should take it, if not then they should not come, we do not have room for everyone that decides to turn up.

Sorry for the rant, but if I wanted to migrate somewhere I would do it legally.

If all these people running away from their countries bothered staying there and trying to make their country and the conditions there better then maybe things might improve for their people.

As for all these "Syrian refugees" can someone please tell me where all the women and children are? The vast majority seem to be young men, apart from the camps that our government send people to to allow them into this country where all the genuine refugees seem to be.

This problem has been caused by people traffickers and other nationalities just jumping on the bandwagon.

Altojack, I know what you mean and I know the whole situation is immensely complex for all the agencies and individuals involved, but I personally could not refer to them as 'illegals' as it makes them sound like less of a person than everyone else.

    Happy hols Mrs Mac!

    Snap, thinking of you.

Don't really feel much like doing a frugal month, the need for record-keeping usually gets me irritated as I shop mostly in tiddly bits to and from work, and inevitably receipts get dumped in the dashboard to be listed later, which means they are in danger of being forgotten. But I will give it a go.

I think I will call it Meanie May. :D

Already I have wasted £1 - grabbed some KitKats at T yesterday but it turns out I picked up a pack of Mocha and I don't like coffee, so I will have to give them away.

Keep one of those plastic zip lock bags in the car and one in the handbag - that at least keeps the receipts together until you have time to deal with them :)
i find though that it is simpler if you just have 2 or 3 days receipts to go through (especially if the next few days are NSD)

I am really glad I am keeping receipts and my daily excel chart - its really helping me to focus

Morning all. See with this Walkers paypacket does anyone know if the paypackets are loose inside the multipack outer bag or inside each individual crisp packet. I have quite a few packs and was thinking of giving them to friends but dont want to miss out on a possible prize.
