    Nearly finished! x
Great you've made a start and gathering the materials and products in :D. That's a bargain shower tray, 7 loos, wow!

We think we are going for the Pizarra, Tierra for the en suites and Multicolour for the bathroom and downstairs shower room. DH thinks we should have the same tiles in each room but I want something different as it may get boring :o

I will have a google.... I am hoping to get all the bathrooms for bargain prices... but it may take years!

I'm sure you'll be able to sell them on either singly or as a smaller job lot later SMM - hopefully, at a profit :money:

As for communal loos - that is a no-no for me. I can't believe it

I like the idea of selling them Good idea x

My friend told me her mum taught her the 'drip drip shake shake' method at an early age, just in case of such situations :rotfl:

Communal loos seemed fairly common in NZ and I didn't hesitate in using them. I recall a conversation with a girl at uni who was a cleaner, and she said mens toilets are generally a lot cleaner than the women's  I was surprised too, but she said you wouldn't believe what some women do :eek:

Why can't house moves go smoothly? The people that are buying ours seem to have a useless solicitor. We even had the people who are buying theirs asking us if it was us causing the delay! Moving date was meant to be the 4th, then the 11th, then the 26th and now sometime in May....... bet it's going to bang on deadline week for me :(
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Good morning all, a sunny day here.

Plans are to get a lot of the woodwork sanded in the kitchen today. Shower and hair later I think

We have a lot of Nepalese in this area and they seem to have some strange habits. I went into a public loo once, went into one of the cubicles and had a shock, on the loo with (presumably) her back to me was sitting a Nepalese lady. How do you sit on a loo backwards

I reversed out rapidly and dashed for the next one, don't think she even knew I was there, but why not lock the door

    Good morning.

A quick question if I may. I took up the 50% off final value fees offer on 3bay - if I revise the item (reducing down to 7 days from 30 as there are so many items listed I think people just go for those ending soonest first when the price is similar?), then do I switch to default fees or does the offer stick? I know cancelling and resisting wouldn't keep the offer.

Most frustrating, the offer said it applied on up to 100 items then capped me at 10 for the month!

    Many thanks
