I changed to Aviva for House and contents last year, £182. I've had my renewal on Friday . It's gone down to £162 :T. I'm staying put for this year

Altojack - you could still stay with Aviva but go through topcashback/quidco for the extra cashback!

Thanks, I had tried ringing but they had all gone home, I've sent them an e-mail asking them to resolve the matter.
