Did you manage to change your c&c time DM?
I called customer services, and she took ages to tell me that with me onlyy being 40 mins outside of my time slot, that my shopping would still be there to collect as they keep it longer than your time slot, then put me on hold for about 4 mins to do her paper work while I was in a mad rush,,,,, not a happy bunny. Annnyywayyy, I managed to sneak out of work for ten mins and got it right at the beginning of my time slot, so really I had wasted 8 mins of my life on the phone to them that I will never get back :rotfl:

Now going to book my train tickets from waterloo to Southampton for my upcoming holiday. I think there are going to be a few people get a suprise and a panic, as the trains are not running that route on Easter Sunday, the day I depart.
(Luckily I am going down the night before for some pre-cruise refreshers ;) )

This is the reason we have avoided Easter weekend for years - travelling down is fraught but getting into port on Sunday or Monday and not knowing how the engineeering works ate progressing is as bad ...
And we always go down to Southampton the night before - so much less stressful.
We dont even have anything booked involving Southampton this year ...

Anyone know if it is worth the 1st class premium for waterloo to Southampton? To be fair it is very little extra, so might just pay it as more chance of a nice seat.
Edit: Ignore, its loads more unless you just pay on the day, and not meant to be any different.

Reply from Viking about missing nectar points.
    Dear MKS,

I apologise for the confusion happened.

Please click the below link for terms and conditions for the Nectar/Voucher. The seventh point in the link clearly states as below:

    1. Vouchers cannot be used against the purchase of postage stamps, gift cards and certain technology items, for a full list of exclusions, please visit https://www.viking-direct.co.uk/sub/exclusions or call 0844 412 1111.
    http://www.viking-direct.co.uk/specialLinks.do?id=nectarterms

Also, I would like to inform you that the order total which was spent is £2.38 excluding gift card. So we are unable to process the 5000 bonus Nectar points.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

    Kind regards,

    Any ideas anyone? tia

Oh my offer reads excludes postage stamps.
    But nothing else.

Will have to see what turns up.

If MKS or Hornet Girl get a minute I would like info on cheap car rental for Florida and I know they are the experts.
On a fb disney group and prices vary so much plus I want to be sure I have correct full cover. Was going to hire for 5 days but after reading most disney busses only have room for one wheelchair I think hiring a car is best was to go. Apparently as staying in disney hotel free parking in the parks plus I think will be quicker than buses. Plus I need to get to Michaels and j penny DOWN H27.

Never been in charge of arranging the car before so don't really know what price is fair. Going from 30 may mco for 12 nights.
