You are right. I spent all day saturday and most of sunday in the house and OH spent saturday moving stones in the garden and Sunday went for walk!!

It's hard work keeping ng the weight down ! We take too many holidays and most are AI so it's difficult to resist the food and alcohol - I tend to gain around 4/5 lbs each holiday but it drops off quickly when we get home.

My town centre Co-op which used to be a Somerfield, was taken over as a Budgeon store ............ but is now closed and all shuttered up as I found when I was in town last week for first time for a while
