this thread explains the badge system https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4546969

I have 10 but only 9 display due to the forum layout. If you click on one of the badges it then brings up the full list that the user has and what they are for.

Thank you, I may investigate further :).

I am very sorry but I think Sharpies are on the way out...

Watfd store showing out of stock. DB can't get them to load to his basket at all, even adding previous order. I have just managed to order some by adding previous order to basket. Anyone else having problems please?

On advice of some lovely Elite, I did a home delivery.. and it worked well x

Yes you will. But remember it has to be one of your last three orders to be able to claim.

I have two orders to claim, the oldest one is not showing APG but the newest one is..... any suggests would be greatly appreciated x

I'm delighted, if you see what I mean. I'd thought sharpies were on the way out but it just looks as if some stores are savvy.

    Phew!

8.3.17 and 12.3.17 - I've been trying to do the earliest since the 1st. I have not claimed the newest one as I am worried that I will loose the first one........ :o:o:o:o

Have you gone to a price guarantee page? then if so once signed in there is a box with the date, bring the drop down box down and click on the 8.3

Reply from Viking about missing nectar points.
    Dear MKS,

I apologise for the confusion happened.

Please click the below link for terms and conditions for the Nectar/Voucher. The seventh point in the link clearly states as below:

    1. Vouchers cannot be used against the purchase of postage stamps, gift cards and certain technology items, for a full list of exclusions, please visit https://www.viking-direct.co.uk/sub/exclusions or call 0844 412 1111.
    http://www.viking-direct.co.uk/specialLinks.do?id=nectarterms

Also, I would like to inform you that the order total which was spent is £2.38 excluding gift card. So we are unable to process the 5000 bonus Nectar points.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

    Kind regards,

    Any ideas anyone? tia

I sent a fb pm and had mine put on the next day, DH didn't receive his from November he pm NE(TAR this morning and within 2 hours the points were in his account. Don't give them too many details to start with...All we said was we hadn't received (however many) points from Viking on the nectar ..please advise....and they did :)
