No not at all. I got my 7.5 stone award a couple of weeks ago. I go to group as I need the discipline of being weighed each week. I feel so much healthier and fitter as ive upped the exercise to at least 3 times at the gym each week, and I bought a fitbit too which spurs me on to try and get to 10000 steps each day. I do Have ups and downs but It's definitely been the best diet to stick to and fit in around the family. Best of luck on your journey and I'm sure it will help you with regards to your recent diagnosis.

    Wow....well done damo.....that's incredible:T:T:T

I'm guessing a new wardrobe of clothes is in order

I think that is the only thing that keeps us going, thinking about the entire silliness of it all.

It occurs to me that I should be keeping some sort of misery diary - someone might be able to make it into a sitcom at some points :rotfl:

    you could write a diary/blog/book.

I was rather sorry I hadn't done that when I had builders in -- I'm sure it would have been a really good book.

I am sure you spotted them but the 29p(plus VAT) scissors on V1king in the 99p section off the homepage are excellent value :). I have had a few pairs x3, as I think having the additional item over £1 is the safest bet?

thanks Anon. I've not had time to get my head around this one yet. Would the stamps work too? 1p ones and 2p ones, 50p each sheet in all.

The last 4 digits denote the number of points you should get....so you can change them. Some people have done it 3 times ordering 2000, 3000 and 5000 nectar points:)
Put this code in the product search box and add your gift cards plus a low price vatable item.:)

    Fingers crossed :)

Its making me feel sick just thinking about it, I cant stand the x
ray thingy the dentist uses, makes me gagg - dentist long ago gave up trying to get me to have x rays as I said it would need OH to force me into the chair :D

Biopsies seem so brutal - my sister said it took 3 attempts with hers and she was left black and blue but mouth and throat ones look like they will be even more ghastly and inhuman ...

I have a similar fear....nothing to do with the dentist. It's having fabric inside my mouth.....biting on a bit of cloth turns my stomach.

    I hope I never get kidnapped:o
