No not at all. I got my 7.5 stone award a couple of weeks ago. I go to group as I need the discipline of being weighed each week. I feel so much healthier and fitter as ive upped the exercise to at least 3 times at the gym each week, and I bought a fitbit too which spurs me on to try and get to 10000 steps each day. aau or Austin as he is sometimes known :rotfl:put it on the codes thread. Just search his posts:)
The last 4 digits denote the number of points you should get....so you can change them. Some people have done it 3 times ordering 2000, 3000 and 5000 nectar points:)
Put this code in the product search box and add your gift cards plus a low price vatable item.:)

Biopsies seem so brutal - my sister said it took 3 attempts with hers and she was left black and blue but mouth and throat ones look like they will be even more ghastly and inhuman ...

I have a similar fear....nothing to do with the dentist. It's having fabric inside my mouth.....biting on a bit of cloth turns my stomach.

I hope I never get kidnapped:o
