Thankyou:D how much have you lost wth them if you dont mind me asking?
No not at all. I got my 7.5 stone award a couple of weeks ago. I go to group as I need the discipline of being weighed each week. I feel so much healthier and fitter as ive upped the exercise to at least 3 times at the gym each week, and I bought a fitbit too which spurs me on to try and get to 10000 steps each day. I do Have ups and downs but It's definitely been the best diet to stick to and fit in around the family. Best of luck on your journey and I'm sure it will help you with regards to your recent diagnosis.

    :)

    Visited Sister.
Update is we are going on Monday for Pre op.
Wednesday is biopsy of tongue, throat & gullet

Warned her they may knock some of her teeth out  She has perfect teeth with NO fillings at age 51 - that is stressing her more than the biopsy

    :D In Ts

    18 rolls for £3 :T edit I think 3 packs 27 rolls...would be £3.75 .... off I trot..

wish I'd seen that before going out at lunch time - fingers crossed that it might work in the morning ...
We got down to the last 2 rolls so Ive had to resort to getting 9 cheap rolls from superdrug, delivered this morning, for the family bathroom. And 20 rolls of chamomile for the en suite picked up from wilko today - the saving grace is that I went via Quidco and used paypal, just had £10 added a week or so ago from shopprize.
So I am still on the look out, you can never have too much loo roll :D

afternoon all - we have had torrential rain on and off all day, such a contract to last Saturday

Very peculiar sort of day. I dont think I was really 100% this morning - combination of low sugar due to no breakfast, general stress (Errant sun issues) and mild panic so nothing life threatening

We went to town, actually not our nearest but its one easy to get 2, couple of stops down the M6, all the shops we needed and parking for 2 hours is free :D
So we came off the motorway, first time we have been in about 2 months, new housing estate built in the meantime, another old house knocked down ready for development ....so many changes in the last 12 months, town Center unrecognisable. new shopping park built to one side and so everything has closed down in half the town ...
I really thought, this might have been my home town 25 years ago but now I really over it, it no longer has any meaning or association for me and there is nothing for me to come here for ...
    Very saddening
