Me too Seren . I went out yesterday with DS3 and the dogs as I think I recall telling you all.

Had a fabulous one to one time with ds, something we do now and again his work shift permitting. Anyway, we walked alone the prom and onto the shingle beach. I'm paying for it today as expected but as I'm getting back into my own regime, if I bed rest today I should be fine tomorrow

Just having a catch-up then off to put feet up and watch a film of two or maybe a DVD . Plenty of choice and I will at least stay out for longer
