12 days ago, all 10 sharpies were substituted for others worth £50 so I claimed a refund as they were not the ones I wanted.

Got an email not long after to say my refund was being processed and I would get another when it had been. I've not received an email or refund, email says it can take up to 3-5 days but well past that now.

don't chase it with head office/asda house chase it with the store, I also had 1 I had to chase for about 3 weeks recently also 50 quid, it may have been done but sitting in the system needing a 'push' through. also check and see if the original payment has come out of the bank as sometimes if that is delayed then so will the refund going back . hth xx
