Just back from collecting DS from station.

So happy to have both my babies at home for the weekend.

It's such a weird but comforting feeling having them both back at home.....knowing they are here when I go to bed:)

She bit someone today, 6 stitches needed in cut through eyebrow, with a little damage to side of nose and fingers. It was the lady's fault in one way in that she knew that I was fostering due to her fear aggression, and she bent right over, took chew from Emily's mouth, waved it about and Emily lunged at her face She said herself that she shouldn't have put her face so close to her, and she isn't making a complaint, but ....... I'm not feeling very good tonight. I've let our rescue group know and I'm trying to get more advice locally about training and possible dog behaviourist

She is also making my Berry and Noela's lives a misery at times, challenging them. Noela is being forced into retaliating when she would rather just keep out of the way, and poor Berry is standing his ground but he is struggling. Rest of the time she is wonderful but it can't go on like this as it is Berry and Noela's home, and this is setting Noela right back, losing what confidence she had found over the last two years

Oh no. I'm so sorry to hear this. You must be devastated:o we will never know why she reacted this way but she's obviously very fearful and it must make you feel very nervous Susan ....can you even trust her again? It doesn't bear thinking about if it had been a child:o

Where do you go from here...you obviously want to do right by her but what about Berry and Noela who look to you for their security.
What on earth are you going to do?

Just catching up 3dogs, so sorry to hear that. The poor dog has had to fight for all its meals in the past, and for food to be...I am just telling you how to suck eggs, you know all that, sorry. Its so hard, but you are trying your best, and who knows what would have happened if that poor dog had been left in its original home.
