CoS paid out the extra again on the beers.
Paid £5.99 for them instore and got back £6.65

    same here

and then there's the £2 back on CS for a £1.67 spend on kronenbourg

I reckon that I've got (I mean the members of my household have got ;)) 6 bottles of amstel, 6 of kronenbourg, 3 of old mout, 3 of birra moretti and 3 of desperados for a profit of about £6

Ahhhh, it's nice to have a break from Carlilng.

New bonus point offers on viking for 2,000/3,000/5,000 when you spend £30. Shame they don't seem to have the same range of one4all cards now :(

On my app I have 2000 when I spend £90.

    There are various different codes

The one they sent me was for 2,000 on a £30 spend but on the viking site if you search for the product number they gave you but change the "2000" part of it to "3000" or "5000" you will access new offers

None of the codes I have found work with any of the gift cards though :(

edit: i just realised it is a "load offer to card" type of deal on the nectar app. You don't just click through to the site

It might mean they are tightening up on making the codes user-specific

Anyone sailed on MSC before please?
MKS, just re-affirms by flying beliefs. Glad it all ended well.

    Morning all.
DM, VT and I did a Mediterranean cruise September 15 with MSC, on the Fantasia.
I'd never cruised before, never fancied it, so told VT it would be a 'marmite experience'.
I absolutely loved it, well 99% of it.
The only thing I'd advise is to avoid the breakfast buffet. We had continental breakfast delivered to our cabin, but one morning I had a bacon roll from the buffet, just for a change. Within a few hours I was so ill. The bacon roll was the only thing that I had different to VT. The worst thing was that they wanted €150 before I could see a doctor
Needless to say we never went near the breakfast buffet again. Didn't see the Dr either. €150 before he would visit  good job I wasn't having a heart attack!!!!!

So true. bubbs. Brings stuff into perspective. I knew nothing about London today, till a short time ago. Was feeling so thankful for myself (selfish I know), plane went to land and then immediately went back up, extremely fast. Dreadful ear pain, children screaming, feared the worse :o After the plane stabilized, the pilot apologised and advised that they had to take evasive action as another plane was in our flight path and wasn't moving. They had little choice if they didn't want a collision. I am very lucky.:o

    OMG, how scary.
