Thank you for bringing that over Izzey, I thought it was an old wives' tale until I tried to replace a rose bush, the new one did not survive and it is not a place I can use manure etc. It was solved by a miniature rose somehow planting itself there lol

Also in Lidl (while stocks last) they have 70g bags of Coarse Chilli Powder, Small Whole Dried Chillis and Chopped Ginger, 49p BOGOF.

And some 'shake pots' of chilli and ginger for adding to the wok, 49p BOGOF.

Morning All,

I've received 3 sets of codes out of 14. The oldest outstanding is 9 days. I wouldn't worry too much as the message was allow 14 days, knowing tosco though I wouldn't be too surprised if we have to chase them.

I've kept a record of each receipt submitted just in case.

My grandad used to specialise in roses and he used to say the very best thing for a rose was a dead cat :eek::eek:

This was the late 1950s/early 60s, by the way.

I always used to shiver when he said it, as we had 4 cats at the time. :eek:
