Hiya, isn't it that it costs £1.40? Charged £18.60, refunded £17.20?

:T may have time to test later, if they let me out of the office for good behaviour soon

    You are right!

I can report that the assistant on the CS desk just shrugged and processed the refund, no effort to correct it or notify anyone and no note taken of the products.

    Afternoon folks

Sitting by the side of Lake Tekapo, it's 3.54 in the morning been up a couple of hrs but I'm photographing the galactic core of the Milky Way :j:j:j

I've only had about 9hrs sleep since the 1st of March

Westie :hello: how fabulous is that , wow. I can't wait for you to show us some of your shots :). You'll sleep tonight or are you already in bed asleep now?

    Take care whilst away xx

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

And now I MUST get some work done. I need to de-Noela my lounge as she sometimes chews things overnight. Normally nothing more than a book or a cardboard box but she snaffled the wooden Teddy attached to a 100th Anniversary Teddy's Teddy I had been asked to put on eBay for Ravenswood shop last night, so wooden teddy now has no arms or legs :o

Oh naughty Noelle, you do have the patience of a saint,
Hope her naughtiness doesn't get you into trouble if it didn't belong to you!
