I am all done for the day again :D

Didnt get a lot done on Monday because of OH being home and cluttering the place up but Ive been working away at it for the last 3 days.
Dining room - errant son still has random stuff in drawers, outdoor and scout kit so I rounded it all up into a plastic crate and put it in the boys wardrobe, at least its no longer cluttering the dining room up - now I have one medium and one deep drawer cleared from the side board and 3 empty flat drawers from the drawer stack.
Bedrooms - culled and re purposed the contents of 3 large under the bed baskets, 2 empty and one nearly. Also the 3 large wire drawers at the bottom of the wardrobe resorted, one very knobbly sheet removed, leaving one and a half drawers empty.
Guest room - emptied the bookcase which was full of random stuff for ebaying, recycled, re purposed the contents and the remainder put in the spare wire drawers under the wardrobe, nice and neat.
Emptied the hanger for storing tights, ties, scarves etc.
Study - tidied the notice board. Culled a random basket of paperwork, basket, basket now rehomed in the guest room.
The main job though was an overfull and overflowing box of old credit card and bank statements. This has loitered for months on the study sofa but it just had to be tackled eventually. OH brought the shredder from work and over 2 evenings he shredded these - earliest dating back to 2000:eek: The shredder works for 2 mins then has to rest for half an hour while it cools so OH retreated back to the sofa in-between times so it was the perfect job for him :)
    All done now!
So Ive got 2 bags for the charity shop, 2 wine boxes of charity bric a brac, a bin bag to go for cloth recycling, 2 box files to go for cardboard recycling, 2 boxes of paper recycling to take to our recycling centre, a bag of toiletries for the food bank and a few nice bits have gone into a shoe box for the Christmas shoe boxes.

So thats me done for now. The next project is a big pile of assorted cruise paperwork - I need to keep the vital bits like e tickets which have sentimental value but recycle things like daily newsletters, nice job for the morning :)

    Well done:T:T you deserve a rest now:D

    I'm having a mhoc sort of evening:rotfl:

There's half a dozen things I've been putting off and I've started tackling them.

Nectar/ Virgin I've been on live chat and they've said ...as some others have been told........that there's technological issues which will be resolved in 15 days. I think this one might run and run:o
