I am back, no not skiving, fully finished for the day and suitably all done in :)

On the good news front - I was just checking the calendar as a big bill was due shortly in March as I though but in May - OK, it still needs paying and its not going to earn much extra interest in 2 months but at least the excel graph wont take a dive just yet.

I also did a bank switch last month, it was an old Nationwide account I had for a year with an associated Flexclusive 5% saver account but once that matured there was no reason to keep it. I'd set up a couple of the Mr !!!!!! saver accounts in readiness and put in £24 to cover a years DDs. Then in the weekly MSE newsletter it announced that TSB had again started their switch incentive so I was all ready to go, very easy to do online.
It went through at the start of February and the DDs worked as normal. I then realised that the new TSB classic plus needed to be a joint account but this cant be done online. Our local TSB only has one person who can do the paperwork to change accounts to joint accounts and they dont work full days. It took 10 days to get an appointment late enough in the day for OH :( - just after lunch on a Friday.
So then once that had been done and we both had cards and pins I could set up a new monthly saver, make the account paperless, set up standing orders going in and out. A bit of a faff and quite a long process but at least it was done and we get 5% on contactless purchases up to £100 up until I think July (have to check this)
Just checked now and the switch incentive of £125 has been added already :T - various wedding related expenses this month so it will be useful.

Even better I got 9 old moult on Saturday for q clicksnappy which didn't track so I re uploaded and sent them a message on Sunday.
I didn't hold out much hope so these have been sat in a bag ready to be returned but finally I got a reply today and £13.50 is tracking :T - not doing the happy dance until I can finally withdraw though :)

Thanks, hope your ok not seen you about much

Yes im fine - thanks for asking :)
RL is hectic + stressful with our 16 (tomorrow) year old grandson who lives with us, GRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrr, I now have a head of grey hair :(

I spent the day with my niece on Tuesday giving her a hand with her 4 week old and 2 year old

hopefully I will see my friend next week who has twins who are now 6 weeks old, I haven't seen het for 2 weeks,

Then in London visiting baby grandsons 3 out of 4 weekends

also the internet has been rubbish, my laptop is probably about 8-9 years old and is slowwwwwwwww and that doesn't help, so trying to write a message usually takes 1/2 hour for 1 sentence, so at the moment im doing well, everything is normal :) ...well that's debateable !!!!!!
Waiting for my c+c to go collected although DH collected it at 4pm...and unfortunately only 1 sharpie :) I also put a set of hair clippers that are on offer for £10 they didn't have any so put in a set for £7 which is fine but they only went and charged me £10, but that is now sorted :)
Hopefully by the end of the month I can have a replacement of a toaster, iron and kettle to use my apg :)

    Kids eh!!!:rotfl:
You are so busy no wonder you dont have time to come on here:eek: just dont burn yourself out

    Thanks anyway tweets

I did get my pj's on and my dressing gown as it was cold as I'd only just closed the back door, got into bed, and 5 minutes later, Berry barking and wouldn't stop, so I got up. He has been asleep on his fluffy bed in here, so going to try to get into bed again now. You can see who is the boss in this house :rotfl: :rotfl:

If I get an email to send invites will pm you here or on facebook or both lol.

All I do is take a pic of Poppy eating her freebie then say how much she enjoyed it :D

Hi Wendy how you feeling now and how is dh?
    /QUOTE]

He's driving me mad Bubbs, saw specialist last week and another four weeks until he starts physio or work or even driving !!
As he is self employed and its nearly six weeks its not good as no money coming in ...thank goodnesss for some sharpies today, I can get some real food with my booty XXXXX

6 weeks unpaid is a long time.
What happens with his national insurance payments?
My sister is self employed and when she was incapacitated she rang Newcastle regarding paying her NI payments and the first thing they asked for was her bank details. This was unexpected but they said no paperwork could be processed unless they had the bank details. Then oddly she started receiving sick pay into her bank account - cant remember what happened afterwards but I know she rang them again ...
