DH went to the bank yesterday for a £200 bag, cashier told him he has competition for the coins now he struggled back with the new bags they had in. £500 worth  :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: and he strolled home with that lot in his backpack, strapped to his back.
He's gone through them all and returned the lot this morning. He wonders why he has back pain this evening. I'm keeping my gob shut for fear I might just upset him :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Snap, if you are in dire need of Olympic 50p s let me know, we might be able to help you out. But why do you want another set? Is it because the coins are still out there?
AJ and snap if there is anything you are missing in coins let me know, as we go through a lot of change at cafe and I do the banking. So will keep an eye out.
We currently have a note on till saying rhosy will buy a slice of cake for who ever finds Jemima 50 p :rotfl:0 -
I don't eat honey no, nor do most vegans. Vegan in the truest sense does not eat or use anything that has come from animals, as they believe that is not what animals are on this earth for. Commercial honey is a no no as they clip wings of Queen Bee so she can't go off to set up another hive, and they kill and renew them every couple of years whereas they would naturally live for 4 or more as a Queen in a wild hive
Added: When the honey, which is in fact regurgitated nectar, is removed, it is replaced by sugar paste which is not as nutritional to the bees, to see them through the winter, which is what the honey is made by them for
I used to be a strict vegan... no animal products at all including medication.
Then with my 3rd pregnancy I was told to eat eggs. Over the years animal products have slipped in... a coffee table that was salvaged had varnish on.... etc.
Then I hit the early stages of menopause.... and it all went out of the window and I have been eating anything dead ever since!
Last weekend OH came back with 2 leather sofas that were like new but his brother who has more money then sense was throwing them away.... they are flipping lovely!100 -

That is all well and good, but if veganism is not eating anything produced by animals they do not consume, then why not drink milk? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
please can I ask a question?
Can anyone suggest a good Aldi dry white - we like New Zealand Malborough, yes very refined and expensive tastes
just bumping this up
Ive got 6 reds in the basket but I thought I might as well try sone whites if I could find something interesting
Aldi have free delivery on their wine so I thought it was a good chance to do some taste testing - Oh is supposed to be TT because of his medication so buying 2 cases of twine wine and spending nearly a hundred does not make much sense ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

And Pig and Dragon, I don't play often but send lives to my friend. Stupid game is telling me there's a 'network error' :eek:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0
