    Providing you fit their criterea DKMS will not reject you. Anthony Nolan will because they only add people to their list who are under 30. As donations are done by the same clinics and the international register is the same I really don't know why they have the age restriction.
    Yes a healthy male who is a perfect match will always be the donor of choice but it is the match that matters not the gender of the donor.
