Re the National Trust, if you are a member you get into their properties free of charge. The Scottish Trust is cheaper and does let you into the English ones free too, BUT it does not afaik allow you to use the car parks free and that is potentially a problem.
    Hope this helps

Does it include Wales as well pls

not the derelict house at £116k but could not come away from an auction empty handed so got a consolation prize of 2.2 acres totally overgrown and untouched for 10 plus years. so lots of work to clear it .

I fell asleep early last night after a long day.

VT....I need to go back this evening and read your post about DD. She's done an incredible thing:A

Good luck Jeremiah with your second lot of chemo starting today. You will be in my thoughts:A

Teeming down here. Unsure if we are getting the tail end of Doris...ooh missus....or the start of it.

    Think I need wellies today:rotfl:

Thanks TM. So emotional to watch. The London Clinic does around 19 peripheral stem cell donations a week and a few bone marrow but not many as peripherals is preferred where possible.
Please share the DKMS website with friends as more donors needed especially mixed race.
They looked after us far better than some of the other donors from different charities and dd employers were brilliant paying her for the time off work.
DD still achey and tired today but she has slept most of the day. I think having to do 2 days as didn't hit target first day took it out of her more but if she needs to do a second donation they now know she peaks on day 6 so will be easier.

DD was inspired to join the register by her grandads both having blood cancer but the time she joined they were desperately searching for a match for a little girl same age as dgd.

    Hi saver sue,

I've just put in a c&C for tomorrow. There were none instore today :o

My understanding is that no-one knows where they have got the £1 price at Waities from and that is the "glitch". Also no-one knows if it will work tomorrow so it's always a gamble.

Make sure you check the no subs box though or they will try to give you something else.
