I'm off to bed early again. I offered today to cover someone else's shift at the dog charity shop as we were struggling to cover it. It's the morning shift, 10am to 1 pm , so another early rise for me :( Lets hope my Berry alarm clock works tomorrow morning ;)

I respect them as much as they respect me so..........

I think I'm going to have a cup of tea and go to bed. I can't decide whether or not to go to Richmond or Greenwich tomorrow. Or to be more precise, which has better shops and new pokemon :)

They can try and do anything they want, and if nobody objects they'll get away with it. But trust me, they are not allowed to TUPE you and then bin you straight away ,or ever, if the organised group of employees are doing the same work no matter whether the outsourced work is transferred to a new company or brought back in house.

That is the whole essence of the TUPE regulations, to stop corporate bull from shafting employees.

They are extremely bullying and tried to get rid of the unions before we were set up. Fortunately they are idiots so haven't managed anything yet. 2yrs notice before we set up and almost 4 yrs in and they have managed none of the changes
