What a day - ending with younger sister having a screaming fit on Parents regarding her no manners 'children' who are now adults
Mum refusing to apologise for criticising them
We have all gone to separate rooms
Half the stuff brought down from playroom.
Dad having to inspect his stuff & maybe 3 items to be thrown out..
I've started on Mum's fabric hoard. Given heaps of LA fabric to lovely next door neighbour, who is curtain less & was thrilled to bits with it
Loads of lovely quilted LA fabric with PVC on one side. They made sponge bags from it
Then there are the really small pieces cut up ready for patchwork. 3 big boxes of that.
I'm hopefully going to give loads to a play group or some group that it will be useful too
But firstly sisters have to inspect what I'm shifting:(

I can't wait for tomorrow to feel normal again. It's such a waste of a day:o
This is why I packed it in many years ago. Way too costly in terms of time - earning the money to pay for it, then spending an evening drinking it and feeling a bit off/unsteady/fuddled, then having to give it almost a full day to recover and regain full clarity - all of that combined to put me right off it.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

Just been looking at Simply Cook. They are offering a trial when you sign up of £1 for 4 meals. You can choose any 4 meals and the servings are between 2 and 3 people. YOU NEED TO BUY THE FRESH INGREDIENTS YOURSELF, so you are essentially buying the recipe, all the spices, seasonings, pastes etc
Might be handy if you are sick of eating the same stuff and need inspiration to tickle your taste buds:)
You can stop the subscription at any point
Think I'll give it a go:)

I'm terrible too E but I'll stick it in my diary. It's very good value. I think my repertoire of midweek meals could do with a kick up the backsideTo do is to be. Rousseau
