I totally agree DM. When Mam was ill and I was going up and down the East Coast all the time, I was using RSH all the time, but it was 4 x points then so great value. Then it dropped to x 3 which was still good, but when it dropped to x 2 I looked elsewhere for better prices

Me too.

They say they are transferring my details to the Chester one for promotion purposes etc.

Not that I'd go myself unless it was for a breakfast. But DD really liked it at CO when I won those free meals.

Is Carluccios part of it as well? We had one of those and it changed into Bella Italia.

Just tried to convert an all4one giftcard into an Amazon voucher code:(

I started by checking the balance of the card on all4one site and it said £10.00 balance. So far so good.

Went through process of turning into Amazon code and

"Unfortunately there has been an error placing your order.................. no money has been deducted from your card at this time"

I rechecked the balance on card which now says £0.00 :mad::mad::mad:

Email to say order failed.
