    Good morning all...

I need petrol but I'm not convinced I can even be bothered to go to S...it is indeed 3p more a litre than both my local T and A....

we had a lovely day out in Brum yesterday....and Mr Shoes didn't disappoint again...although all my gift cards are now used up so its game over from this point as I now have a lovely assortment of haircare so no need to convert cash to points.
I saw that the conditioners in tubes that usually come in hair dyes were reduced to 48p yesterday...didnt try them but would have been happy to challenge that they are not technically a mini....so if anyone else wants to give it a go my money is on that with some gentle persuasion you can get the voucher accepted.

my toiletry challenge rumbles on....3 out this week although 2 were very much treat sized ...so I really need resolve going forward
The full sized was a deo so now I have replaced that from stash next time I will need to buy as it was the last one...crikey how long is it since I bought deo...at least a year I think.

have a good day all x
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

♥ Fourp says Thank You Very Much ♥
    for his birthday wishes :)

Had a meal out planned but the dreaded Gout came back at 2.32am with vengeance & I ended up on knock out tablets to try & ease the pain :( So I'm stuck in the house again :(
He seems to be enjoying his own large tin of Quality Street :) it's what he wanted :o

I bought him this daffodil - a bit like the Poppies. Made of cast iron. They are being sold for Marie Curie.
It is a bird feeder, 1p Reindeer food in use ;)

Have you managed to figure out a pattern to the flare ups? Is there a common food or drink that links to the flare ups. It might be worth considering keeping a food diary for a few weeks to see if that sheds any light on the matter.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Just had sad news an 18 year old was shot dead at a local rural pub car park. Such a waste of a young life, his poor family . quite shocked as don't expect it around here.

:) Yes - thinking back - I think it must of been the fizzy ginger beer I drank when I got MSG thirst from the delicious takeaway on Friday.

It is a shame that there is not a dislike button. Hugs x
