Morning all, Happy S Day :j:rotfl:

    Trip number one was 2 x petrol (1 x 5000 :j and 1 x 200) and 4 x shops (2 x clothes, 2 x groceries) - 3 x 200 and 1 x 500 = 6300 points on £60 spend :D

I'm hoping to take a long lunch break to do the other shops later. Lovely lady in the petrol station was joking with me about a man who went in 11 times and then said 'I'm going back for the wife's car' - was that one of you?

    Good luck everyone :D
May I ask how much is minimum spend on grocery /clothes

    How annoying!

Do you have another store near that you could try?

Might be worth a complaint to S/Nectar, maybe they will give you a goodwill gesture.

So was I, JTS, and Altojack too I think. My Dad was born there too. Rawdon Road and went to Carville school. And I love St Mary's Lighthouse. But we spent time at Seaton Sluice when little (nothing to spend money on there lol) though we did do Tynemouth Long Sands too, by the Plaza

Anyway, off to bed now so night night :)

    Hi 3Dogs,

Yes, we used to also enjoy walks in the other direction. Usually just to Cullercoats though, I used to love seeing the lifeboat at the slip station there.
I didn't have to walk far to Primary School, I went to Coquet Ave which runs parallel to Holly Avenue.

My late Dad was a coal miner at the Rising Sun Colliery

JTS, I hope yesterday was kind to you and you don't feel too bad today xx

Hi altojack, thank you for asking.

The chemotherapy went fine, I actually felt very calm and relaxed afterwards. Think it was because something is finally being done to hopefully kill some of my cancer cells. The only problem is the mega doses of steroids gave me insomnia. So haven't slept all night, and feeling dozy and a bit nauseas today :o

warning. if your t.com registered clubcard is a clubcard plus. the tills may freeze when using. i froze 2 in 5 minutes. i phoneD up clubcard and they told me to change my t.com card to another one i have. works fine now.
on a happier note. my 1st 2 x £1 transactions have given a bonus of 200 points. not the 100 bonus i was expecting. (wondering if my clubcard plus caused this)
