Think I read about those on the darkside, forgot to look when I had another nose in there today.

They are on my wish list. My deodorant stash had dwindled down to 3:o

Was the Mr Shoes 90% off definitely on today, my local still had the 70% sign up in front of a load of tat.

They had several of the No17 make up sets that were £40, I think would have been worth £4 but each one either had something missing or smudged makeup in them. I did think about trying to put a decent set together/make a whole one and getting it scanned but not sure if it was the done thing and then decided I didn't really need it.

Evening all. Bought a new-to-me sofa from the local face-ache page which was delivered by a man with a van today. Just managed to squeeze it through my front door but had to take the arms off first. Just waiting for dd to arrive to help me put them back on :o

Hope everyone is well, <<<hugs>>> to those not.

Damo - well done on the weight loss. It is a constant battle for me but have rejoined SW for the umpteenth time.

Thanks Minihauk. Wishing you all the best on your journey. You've done the hardest part, rejoining, so a big pat on the back for that:T onwards and upwards (well downwards on the scales hopefully) ;)

I still have a few S&G to fall back on. :rotfl:

I only ever got about a dozen too, it's just not my favourite but been good as a standby.

  • Gas still off, but heaters and hobs delivered to me and passed out to all who asked for them. Engineer gave me an extra one for anyone who needs it, have told neighbours to let me know if anyone requires it.

Yet again, many thanks to the staff on the ground, they even arranged delivery of a hot meal to a 94 year old lady.
